The Lawrence Boxing Club was formed in 1928 and is still going strong. Affiliated to the ABA of England and dedicated to providing the best boxing coaching possible for the youth of today.
Training Times for the coming season:
Monday 6.30 - 8.00 Skills session, Carded Boxers only.
Tuesday 6.00 - 7.30 Conditioning, Carded Boxers only.
Wednesday 6.30 - 7.30 Box-Fit Fitness Class 16 +
Thursday 6.00 - 7.00 Beginners only 11 -16.
Friday 6.00 - 7.30 Sparring session Carded Boxers only.
Saturday Boxing Academy date and times to be confirmed.
ABA qualified Coaches in attendance at all times.
Registration £10 per season. £4 per session. Monthly rate available.
